~ Kids say the darnest things ~

Yesterday I was working at the store, and adding lots of new things when I heard a little boy of 4 maybe 5 years old, tell his mom that this gingerbread doll looks like it is burnt. I over heard him, and told him that I made it to look old, and he said that it still looks burnt.

Guess I may need to change my thinking when I create dolls. I think they look old, and kids think that they cooked too long. Out the mouth of babes!

Have a great day and rest of the week!

Coffee Break

These are too go not to share ~

12 Ways to know if you drink too much coffee...

1. You answer the door before people knock.

2. The only kitchen appliances you own are made by Mr. Coffee.

3. You get a tax cut for all the coffee you bought.

4. You get a speeding ticket even when you're parked.

5. You're the employee of the month at the local coffeehouse and you don't even work there.

6. The only gift you want for Valentine's Day are chocolate covered coffee beans.

7. You walk twenty miles on your treadmill before you realize it's not plugged in.

8. You've built a miniature city out of little plastic stirrers.

9. Instant coffee takes too long.

10. You go to sleep just so you can wake up and smell the coffee.

11. You name your cats "Cream" and "Sugar."

12. You can outlast the Energizer Bunny.

I didn't not come up with these, I am borrowing them from a newsletter I receive. There wasn't an author or I would have added it.

Have you thought about your 2011 goals yet?

Have you all started on your 2011 goals? I have - I have goals for my business, and personal goals. I have put my goals where I can see them daily, and I have added dates to most of them as to when I want them accomplished by.

How do you keep track of your goals? Have you set any yet? Below is a list of some of my goals for this year:

Personal: Clean out the spice cabinet, and clean out the pots and pans cabinet.

Goals for my office - add more shelves, organize greeting cards, tabs, tea bag envelopes by season, and put into photo boxes.
Business: Add 30 new items to The Speckled Goose, Scrapper & Stamper weekly, blog three times weekly, add montly pictures of The Speckled Goose located inside Noble Treaures, and make sure that my websites are backed up at least weekly, and more often if new items have been added.

This is just a few of my 2011 goals. I hope this has gotten you thinking about creating some goals for yourself.

Have a great week, and happy goal setting.
